PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of appropriately correcting an injection quantity for a fuel property and a fuel pressure in response to a valve opening position of a fuel injector.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device comprises: an injection -pulse generation unit 120a; and an injection-pulse correction unit 120b. The injection-pulse generation unit 120a generates injection pulses of a full-throttle lift and an intermediate lift so as to perform a full-throttle lift at least once for stopping a valve element at a full-throttle position and an intermediate lift at least once for stopping the valve element at a predetermined position between a totally-enclosed position and the fully-throttle position in one engine cycle. The injection-pulse correction unit 120b corrects injection pulse widths of the injection pulses of the fully-throttled lift and the intermediate lift, respectively, so that an absolute value of an increment in an intermediate lift opening period is higher than an absolute value of an increment in a fully-throttled lift opening period for a positive increment of a state variable indicating a state of a fuel.
