PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance door built up in a main entrance of a house or the like, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An entrance door D of the present invention comprises a door body 1 and a steel decorative panel having a pattern part of a spoon cut pattern formed by making a plurality of recesses of a substantially arc shape in a cross section co-exist and an assembly part abutting on a surface of the door body. A manufacturing method of the entrance door D of the present invention comprises a molding process of acquiring the decorative panel having the spoon cut pattern formed by making the plurality of recesses of a substantially arc shape in a cross section co-exist by press-molding a steel plate formed with a protective layer on the outermost surface, a core material assembly process of assembling a core material on the decorative panel and a panel assembly process of assembling the decorative panel on which the core material is assembled to the door body. High design is exhibited by providing the decorative panel formed with the spoon cut pattern. The entrance door excellent even in durability can also be provided since the decorative panel is made of steel. |
