PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a pixel section and a protection circuit outside the pixel section.SOLUTION: A protection circuit includes first to fourth transistors. A gate of the first transistor, a first terminal of the first transistor, and a second terminal of the first transistor are electrically connected to second wiring, the second wiring, and first wiring, respectively. A gate of a second transistor, a first terminal of the second transistor, and a second terminal of the second transistor are electrically connected to the first wiring, the second wiring, and the first wiring, respectively. A gate of a third transistor, a first terminal of the third transistor, and a second terminal of the third transistor are electrically connected to the first wiring, the second wiring, and the first wiring, respectively. A gate of the fourth transistor, a first terminal of the fourth transistor, and a second terminal of the fourth transistor are electrically connected to the second wiring, the second wiring, and the first wiring, respectively. |
