PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope image processing device and an endoscope system capable of executing noise reduction of a pixel signal with reduced hardware resources.SOLUTION: The endoscope image processing device comprises: component separation means for separating the pixel signal of a target pixel within an imaging element into a luminance component and color component; parameter determination means for determining a predetermined parameter relating to the target pixel on the basis of at least one of the separated luminance component and color component; and noise reduction means for reducing the noise of the target pixel by applying predetermined space filtering to the target pixel on the basis of the determined parameter. |
