PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of isolation and/or identification of novel Feline morbillivirus strain, and to provide effective preventive means against Feline morbillivirus infection.SOLUTION: The invention provides a novel Feline morbillivirus strain which has H protein, F protein, N protein, P protein, L protein, and M protein, wherein an amino acid sequence of the H protein is a specific sequence or a sequence having 95% or more homologous to the sequence; an inactivated vaccine formulation and mixed inactivated vaccine formulation containing the virus strain subjected to inactivation treatment; and a Feline morbillivirus infectious disease prevention method comprising a process of administering the formulation to a feline. |
