In order to ensure that, once an user apparatus of limited capability (MTC of category 0, with a size limit of 1000 bits for PDSCH packets) has access to a network that supports category 0 devices, the MTC device will only handover to a target cell also supporting category 0 devices, the serving network apparatus is configured to obtain, during a handover procedure, user device information on whether or not the target cell supports the limited user apparatus capability; and to trigger the handover only if the target cell supports the limited user apparatus capability.
