The present invention relates to a planar heating element having improved heating uniformity and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a planar hating element having improved heating uniformity which allows heat to be uniformly emitted from a heat generating surface of a heating sheet and also can significantly improve heat efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the same. To this end, the planar heating element of the present invention comprises: a film member made of a synthetic resin; a heating sheet formed to be applied on one side of an upper surface of the film member; an electrode member formed on one side of the upper surface of the film member and the one side of an upper surface of the heating sheet; and an insulator formed on an outer surface of the film member which is exposed to the outside, a conductive paste, and the electrode member. The heating sheet is formed as the conductive paste, which is manufactured by mixing an organic solution, a binder, a conductive carbon black, a conductive graphite, a dispersing agent, and a plasticizer, is applied on the upper surface of the film member and then dried. |
