The present invention provides an electrochemical sensor which measures a rate of glycated hemoglobin from a masking effect caused by a reaction between the glycated hemoglobin and boronic acid using gold electode to fixate a variety of boronic acid derivatives using electrochemically active nanoparticles. According to the present invention, the sensor measures a concentration of the glycated hemoglobin by a comparatively simple process of fixating boronic acid to an electrode with a method of forming a self-assembly membrane using the boronic acid derivatives, and then combining glycated hemoglobin and the electrode. The sensor is desirably operated under alkaline conditions, and a pH, which has an optimum operational performance in accordance to a type of the boronic acid derivatives used to fixate the boronic acid, exists. |
