PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions containing TLR9 agonists and TLR2/6 agonists as active ingredients for treating, inhibiting or attenuating microbial infections; and treatment methods using the compositions.SOLUTION: In a pharmaceutical composition, the TLR9 agonist is a type C oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) that is ODN2395, ODN M362 or ODN10101; and the TLR2/6 agonist is PAM2CSK4. The composition may be a nebulized formulation. Also provided is a treatment method using the composition. |
