PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a growth unit of one kind of crystal, and a heat insulation cover therefor; and to thereby prevent effectively desorption of heat energy in a crucible.SOLUTION: A heat insulation cover used for a growth unit of a crystal includes one crucible for storing a raw material to be dissolved. The heat insulation cover includes: one body positioned over the raw material to be dissolved, and having one bottom surface facing to the crucible bottom part; and one heat insulation part installed on the opposite side to the bottom surface of the body, and existing within an orthographic projection range of the bottom surface. |
