PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery boiler capable of reducing work time required for installing a heat transfer pipe panel block when a boiler is assembled, and to provide an assembling method for the exhaust heat recovery boiler.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery boiler comprises: a box-like casing 2; a heat transfer pipe panel block 10 formed by overlapping a plurality of layers of heat transfer pipe panels 14 provided with many heat transfer pipes 11, an upper pipe header 12, and a lower pipe header 13; a ceiling constitution block 15 fitted and fixed to a ceiling opening 2a of a ceiling wall 2C of the casing 2; and a floor constitution block 18 fitted and fixed to a floor opening 2b of a floor wall 2F of the casing 2. The ceiling constitution block 15 and the heat transfer pipe panel block 10 are connected and fixed to each other, the floor constitution block 18 and the heat transfer pipe panel block 10 are connected through a turn-buckle 21 in such a way that their relative spacing can be changed, an upper connecting pipe 17 connected to the upper pipe header 12 is fixed to the ceiling constitution block 15 under a passed-through state, and a lower connecting pipe 20 connected to the lower pipe header 13 is slidably supported by the floor constitution block 18 under a passed-through state. |
