PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polyethylene-based resin foam sheet excellent in antistatic performance, hardly clouding a surface of an article to be packaged when using as a package or interleaf and capable of maintaining hydrophilic property of a surface of the article to be packaged and hardly polluting the surface of the article to be packaged.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyethylene-based resin foam sheet by blending a high molecule-type antistatic agent with n-heptane extraction amount of the polyethylene-based resin foam sheet of 1.5 wt.% or less and the blended high molecule-type antistatic of 1.5 to 8 wt.% based on total 100 wt.% of the polyethylene resin material and high molecular-type antistatic agent.
