PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which allows improvement of shape followability of a nonwoven fabric joined with the inner surface of a panel body to the inner surface of the panel body and packing (adhesion) of a foamed body to the whole of the inner surface of the panel body.SOLUTION: A panel 1 includes a hollow substrate 2 in which first and second bottom surfaces flat mutually are arranged to face each other so as to form a first hollow part, a nonwoven fabric 3 in which the outer surface is joined with the inner surface to match the shape of the inner surface of the substrate 2 so as to form a second hollow part and a foamed body 4 filled up in the second hollow part. On the side of the inner surface of the substrate 2, at least a part of the inner surface 7c of a connection surface which connects the side surface of the first hollow part and the second bottom surface together is flat. |
