The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a protective layer of an organic light-emitting element and an organic light-emitting element comprising the protective layer manufactured using the same and, particularly, to: a method for manufacturing a protective layer of an organic light-emitting element, the method having a simplified thin-film deposition process and a quick process time by simultaneously injecting a precursor and a reactant for forming the protective layer into a reaction chamber; and an organic light-emitting element comprising the protective layer manufactured using the same.
