The present invention reduces an analog element when performing an AD conversion. To this end, a signal processing device is equipped with: a comparator (215) for comparing an analog input signal and an analog reference signal; a generator (213) for generating a digital reference signal which corresponds to the analog reference signal, and outputting, as a digital value of the analog input signal, the value of the digital reference signal when the comparator (215) detects a match between the analog input signal and the analog reference signal; a ΔΣ modulator (214) for ΔΣ modulating the digital reference signal generated by the generator (213); and a first filter (208) which is configured so as to allow transmission of an analog reference signal component included in the output signal from the ΔΣ modulator (214), and provided so as to impart the transmitted signal to the comparator (215) as the analog reference signal. |
