The lower flange part (1) is formed from a first resin material having a relatively high heat resistance property and having a relatively good moldability in comparison with the body part (2) and the upper flange part (3). The body part (2) and the upper flange part (3) are formed from a second resin material having a relatively high heat dissipation property in comparison with the lower flange part (1).
