PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection system that corrects image data.SOLUTION: An image projection system in which one image is projected on an image projection region from two image projection means includes: means for calculating a first projective transformation matrix from checker intersection coordinates of an imaged checker sheet image; means for calculating a second projective transformation matrix by using a spatial code image; and means for performing projective transformation on the checker sheet image by using the second projective transformation matrix, projecting the checker sheet image on which the projective transformation is performed from the image projection means, imaging the checker sheet image projected on the whole image projection region, detecting checker intersection coordinates in the imaged checker sheet image, calculating average errors between the detected checker intersection coordinates and ideal values of the checker intersection coordinates, and calculating a translation matrix whose propulsion amounts are the calculated average errors. Image data to be output to predetermined image means is corrected by using the second projective transformation matrix and the translation matrix. |
