PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a collision time depending on a communication state in TDMA that performs signal superposition transmission.SOLUTION: A station side optical line termination device communicates with a subscriber side optical line termination device via an optical communication path, notifies the subscriber side optical line termination device of transmission start time and a transmission permission time of an optical signal, and receives the optical signal transmitted by the subscriber side optical line termination device at the transmission start time for the transmission permission time which it was notified of. The station side optical line termination device comprises: a monitoring unit that monitors an error in reception of the optical signal; a calculation unit that calculates a collision time at timing when the subscriber side optical line termination device transmits the optical signal on the basis of a result of the monitoring by the monitoring unit; a control unit that calculates transmission start time and a transmission permission time; and a generation unit that generates a signal to notify the subscriber side optical line termination device of the transmission start time and the transmission permission time calculated by the control unit, and transmits the signal to the subscriber side optical line termination device. |
