PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delta-sigma A/D conversion processing device capable of implementing error compensation with an accuracy lack of a reference voltage value at low cost.SOLUTION: In the delta-sigma A/D conversion processing device, a delta-sigma modulation section includes: a first delta-sigma modulation part of which the input voltage value is a voltage value of a voltage to be inspected; and a second delta-sigma modulation part of which the input voltage value is a voltage value of a reference voltage for correction. A digital filter section includes: a first digital filter for generating N-bit data on the basis of information indicated by one-bit data generated by the first delta-sigma modulation part; and a second digital filter for generating N-bit data on the basis of information indicated by one-bit data generated by the second delta-sigma modulation part. A correction arithmetic section uses the N-bit data created by the second digital filter to implement correction arithmetic of the N-bit data created by the first digital filter.
