PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic characteristic measurement device capable of measuring magnetic characteristics in a rotational state in which stress operates from various directions and deformation occurs, with a simple structure, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A magnetic characteristic measurement device comprises: a stage 110 capable of rotating in a direction parallel to a surface on which a sample is mounted; magnetic field generation means 131 for generating a magnetic field including a component parallel to the surface of the stage 110; stress application means 120 for applying stress including a component parallel to the surface of the sample 150, to the sample 150 mounted on the stage 110, with rotation of the stage 110; and detection means 141 for detecting magnetic characteristics of the sample 150. |
