Disclosed is a paring apparatus for agricultural products. The paring apparatus for agricultural products of the present invention may include: a transporting unit transporting agricultural products; and a spraying unit having a spray nozzle unit which is provided on the upper part of the transporting unit and sprays high pressure air to the agricultural products transported by the transporting unit, and a nozzle rotary unit which is connected to the upper part of the spray nozzle unit and rotates the spray nozzle in a horizontal direction of the transporting side, wherein the nozzle rotary unit is disc-shaped having a hollow inside and allows the high pressure air to pass through the hollow inside and to be delivered to the spray nozzle unit, thereby reducing pressure differences of the air sprayed by multiple spray nozzle units. Therefore, the present invention can periodically spray the high pressure air to the entire transporting route; maintain a uniform spray pressure by having a horizontal circle for the transporting route; improve peeling efficiency by restricting the flow of air between the spraying unit and the transporting unit when installed with a scatter prevention plate; and extend the lifespan of the paring apparatus by reducing the scattering of dust. |
