<p>Abstract The present invention is a planter pot having a base, a side-wall, and an open top incorporating a rim. The base includes a plurality of lands that define a channel, so 5 that when a plurality of pots are placed adjacent to one another to form a first layer of pots, a respective portion of the rim of each adjacent pot combines to create a shape at the intersection of three or more pots, that closely matches the shape of the channel. Then when another pot is placed upon the first layer of pots, to thereby make a second layer of pots, the pot making the second layer of pots is placed upon the 10 shape, and the interengagement between the channel in the base of the pot in the second layer, and the shape in the first layer, interlocks the pots in place, and prevents each pot from moving with respect to each another.</p> |
