PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation required in installing a storage container in a chemical mist generator including a restriction part for restricting movement of the storage container.SOLUTION: Installation of a chemical bottle 50 on a bottle fixation member 90 is performed by: first as shown by an arrow 7A of (A), moving the chemical bottle 50 from above a through hole 93 toward the through hole 93 to store the chemical bottle 50 inside the through hole 93; next as shown by an arrow 7B, rotating the chemical bottle 50 in the clockwise direction. Thereby, as shown by (B), a first projection 50D of the chemical bottle 50 is inserted into the inside of a groove 94B provided at a first restriction part 94, and a second projection 50E of the chemical bottle 50 is inserted into the inside of a groove 95B provided at a second restriction part 95. |
