[Problem] To provide a communication apparatus, a communication method and a program whereby the operation of a communication apparatus can be flexibly controlled in accordance with a change of a communication environment while the power consumption thereof is being suppressed. [Solution] A communication apparatus comprises: a control module that controls the operation of the communication apparatus; and a communication module that determines whether information, which is obtained by reception from another communication apparatus, has changed or not, said communication module, when having determined that the information obtained by the reception has changed, controlling the status transition of the control module. |
