<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for preparing mammalian cells that produce a large amount of target proteins in a short term. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises introduction of a mammal replication starting region, a nuclear matrix coupling zone, a dihydrofolate reductase expressing gene group, and a target protein expressing gene group, to the mammalian cells, and applying gene amplification treatment to the cells by methotrexate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
