<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping-molding method capable of efficiently shaping a molding having high strength into a three-dimensional shape with a high degree of freedom in shape by using a molding raw fabric material, and to provide a fiber reinforced resin molding. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated molding material 5 obtained by laminating a molding raw fabric material 1 and subjecting it to preliminary compression molding by a preliminary lamination mold is heated with infrared rays by an infrared radiation device 7 at a preliminary heating mold 6, wherein the laminated molding material 5 is placed on a heating plate 8 in the preliminary heating mold 6. A mold 9 being a shaping mold having a three-dimensional shape is preliminarily heated to a melting temperature of the molding raw fabric material 1. The laminated molding material 5 is then stored in the preliminarily heated mold 9, and the laminated molding material 5 is compressed by the mold 9. A resin material 4 adhering to a fabric base material 3 is softened to perform the adhesion between the layers of the laminated molding material 5 so that the shape is held. Thereafter, by respective steps of rapidly cooling the mold 9 to a solidification temperature and performing the mold release by opening the mold, the molding raw fabric material 1 is laminated and shaped in the three-dimensional shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
