<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vision regeneration assisting apparatus which can stably fix a stimulating part in an intracorporeal device and a cable connected to the stimulation part, on an eyeball. <P>SOLUTION: The vision regeneration assisting apparatus includes: a stimulation part which has a plurality of electrodes for electrically stimulating cells or tissues constituting the visual nervous system forming the vision of a patient and is set to the eyeball of the patient; a control part which comprises another casing for being set to a position separated from the stimulation part and controls the operation of the stimulation part; a cable which electrically connects the stimulation part and the control part via a lead wire and also has a length enough to go around the eyeball to which the stimulation part is set; and knot parts which fix the position of the cable going around the eyeball, to the eyeball. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
