<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trying to unnecessarily move or rotate a movable body. <P>SOLUTION: In opening side index detection processing to restore a shutter part 120 to an opening position from a shielding position, a performance control CPU 92 executes margin-less index detection processing when an index error flag is ON, and executes margin-equipped index detection processing when the index error flag is OFF. In the margin-equipped index detection processing, when an opening side index detection sensor 112 has detected an opening side index 128 until a cumulative step number of a stepping motor reaches a normal drive step number obtained by adding an additional step number to a basic step number, or when having reached the normal drive step number, the performance control CPU 92 executes stop processing (push-in processing).
