In the present invention, there is disclosed an apparatus comprised of an external cylinder (1), inside of which, there are disposed filling pockets (4) and in the upper section of the external cylinder (1), there is performed an inlet branch (7). A weighing plate (10) with a weight electronic pickup (9) is situated behind the inlet branch (7) in the direction of rotation of the filling pockets (4) in the lower section of the external cylinder (1). In the direction of rotation of the filling pockets (4) and in the lower section of the external cylinder (1), there is also disposed a discharge basket (6). The filling pockets (4) are coupled with a shaft (2), which is connected with a stepping electric motor (8) that is usually connected to a speed controller. The external cylinder (1) is provided in its upper section with aspiration tube (11) for offtake of air with pollutants. A service opening (16) is performed above the weighing plate (10) in the external cylinder (1) upper section. |
