[Class 75 (iv).] In an anti-dazzle device for vehicle and like lamps comprising substantially half conical frustum shaped plates arranged concentrically above and below one or more thin flat straight plates C at or near the centre, the upper plates A diverge inwardly whilst the lower plates B diverge outwardly. The planes containing the front and rear edges of the plates A, B may be parallel or inclined to each other, the plates A may be curved in their width, and all the plates may have reflecting under-surfaces and non-reflecting upper surfaces. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 states also that the upper and lower plates may be of elliptical or other curvature in transverse section, the lower plates may be curved in their width, and either the flat straight plates, the upper plates, or the lower plates may be dispensed with. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.</p> |
