PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find illegal act on a substrate box.SOLUTION: A seal pin is inserted in a tubular body of a first box 200A of a substrate box, and a hooking claw of the seal pin is hooked on a stage device positioned on a rear side and a hooking hole of a second box, for sealing. A tubular body 500 contains a tube hole 502 in which the seal pin is inserted, the tubular body 510 contains a tube hole 512 corresponding to an outside diameter of the tubular body 500, and a tubular body 520 contains a tube hole 522 corresponding to an outside diameter of the tubular body 510. Since the seal pin is bonded to the tubular body, by applying an adhesive into an area beside the tube hole at the time of sealing, outside diameter is enlarged every time the tubular body is cut out of the first box to release sealing, to match with a tube hole of a tubular body at a next stage. Even if a seal pin that is acquired by breaking other substrate box is used for sealing a substrate box which is disguised anew, it cannot be inserted in a tubular body in a state before releasing of sealing, since outside diameter has been expanded, with no way left other than using on other tubular body.
