<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of retaining high security of certainty by encryption in a whole period from receiving a file from a distributer and storing it, till transferring it to a receiving object person, and transferring it by changing a password of the file into a password that a user in a transfer destination desires. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device: receives, from a distributer, an encryption file to be transferred, information of a receiving object person of the encryption file, and a password used for decrypting the encryption file; stores them; encrypts again the file obtained by decrypting the encryption file once by the password received from the distributor, by a password specified by the receiving object person; and then transmits it to the receiving object person.
