The present invention relates to a fertilizing furrow covering tool of riding-type hill seedling and fertilizing device. In particular, the fertilizing furrow covering tool comprises: a fixing unit (81) coming in contact with and adhered on a lower surface of a plotter (40); a side piece covering unit (82) formed to extend towards the ground from the fixing unit (81), disposed to be tilted at a particular angle (a) with respect to a fertilizing furrow length direction to approach the center of a fertilizing furrow (G2) towards a rear side from one side piece of the fertilizing furrow (G2), and driving a soil in the outside of an edge of the fertilizing furrow into the fertilizing furrow when being forwardly moved by the plotter (40); and an upper side covering inducing unit extending in a smooth curvature in a upward direction of the fertilizing furrow from a length direction end of the side piece covering unit (82) to induce and cover a soil in a side piece of the fertilizing furrow (G2) guided by the side piece covering unit (82) to an upper side of the fertilizing furrow (G2). |
