The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for feeding back a group selective channel in a wireless communications system. In addition, the present invention provides a method for enabling a base station to feed back instantaneous interference information from a plurality of terminals, using a common control channel of a terminal. Thereby, the base station secures a control channel resource, and can feed back instantaneous interference information between terminals for multi user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO).
