The present invention relates to a control device for a speed bump and, more specifically, to a control device for a speed bump capable of preventing impact to a vehicle or reducing a driving speed of the vehicle by passing the vehicle according to whether or not the vehicle is over-speeding. According to the present invention, the vehicle is capable of passing through a road without passing over the rotary bump as a rotary bump is rotated and separated from a vehicle progress direction when an actual driving speed of the vehicle is a regulation speed or slower so that impact generated when a vehicle passes over the speed bump in the past is prevented. In addition, the vehicle is capable of passing over the rotary bump as the rotary bump is fixed without rotating when the actual driving speed of the vehicle is faster than the regulation speed so that an effect of preventing the over-speeding vehicle is obtained by reducing the driving speed of the vehicle like a normal speed bump. |
