The present invention provides a flowing substance discharging system which installs a regulator having a pressure adjusting function and a blocking function on the middle of a supply path connecting a supplying device and a discharging device in order to prevent the flowing substance from becoming insufficient for the discharging device even when the discharging amount of the discharging device increases and an accumulator which can be appropriately used in the flowing substance discharging system. The flowing substance discharging system (10) includes: a supply device (20) pressure-feeding the flowing substance; the discharging device (30) which can execute a discharging operation and a return operation; the supply path (40) which is connected to the supply device (20) and the discharging device (30); the regulator (50) arranged on the middle of the supply path (40); and the accumulator (80) additionally arranged on the discharging device (30). The regulator (50) has the pressure adjusting function and blocking function. The accumulator (80) accumulates the flowing substance returned by the return operation and supplies the flowing substance to the discharging device (30) during the discharging operation. |
