PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find illegal acts on a substrate box.SOLUTION: A seal pin 400 is inserted in a tubular body 240 provided to a first box 200 of a substrate box, and a hooking claw 408 is made to hook on a front wall 350 of a square block 338 provided to a second box 300, for sealing. The seal pin incorporates a light emitting unit, and a pair of a plurality of pin side terminals Q that are provided, in sealed state, are connected to a shorting terminal among a plurality of fixed side terminals G provided to a main substrate 23 in the substrate box, and another pair of the pin side terminals Q are connected to an external power source, to be illuminated in a predetermined color. When the sealing is released and the pin side terminal comes off the shorting terminal, the illumination color data is stored, and at the time of re-sealing, illumination is made in a color different from that before releasing of sealing based on the illumination color data. Even if a seal pin that has been acquired by breaking other substrate box is illegally used at a sealing part of a substrate box which is disguised anew, illegal act is easily discriminated because of illumination in a color different from normal one.
