<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor that reduces an input and friction of a sliding part by reducing a contact load when a tip of a piston comes into contact with a tapered part. <P>SOLUTION: A compression chamber 115 is configured to have the tapered part 125 on which the inner diameter dimension increases from a side where the piston 123 is positioned at the top dead center toward a side where the piston is positioned at the bottom dead center, and an inclined surface 130 that reduces the contact load with the tapered part is provided at a tip on a compression chamber side in the piston 123. As a result, the sliding resistance between the piston and the compression chamber can be decreased, the contact load when the tip of the piston comes into contact with the tapered part is reduced, and oil film shortage between the tip of the piston and the tapered part is reduced. Accordingly, the input and the friction of the sliding part is reduced, and thereby the highly-efficient and highly-reliable hermetic compressor is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
