<p>The multi-way valve (1) has an inlet (2), an outlet (3), a short-circuit channel (5) and a main valve unit (4) arranged between the inlet and the outlet. The main valve unit has a valve seat (41) and a valve body (40) cooperating with the valve seat. The main valve unit is formed as an inclined seat valve. The valve seat is diagonally arranged between the inlet and the outlet with a direction of flow. The valve body is partially mounted in the short-circuit channel. An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing the pressure loss in a multi-way valve.</p> |
