The present invention relates to a method for preparing salted seafood containing ramie. The method of the present invention comprises: a salting step (S10) of salting raw materials for salted seafood; a powder preparing step (S20) of preparing ramie leaves into powder; a mixing step (S30) of mixing salted raw materials for salted seafood, ramie leaf powder, and salted seafood condiments; and a maturing step (S40) of maturing the mixture generated in the mixing step (S30). In addition, the present invention relates to salted seafood containing ramie, comprising: salted raw materials for salted seafood; salted seafood condiments; and 0.3-1.0 wt% of ramie leaf powder with respect to the total weight. Accordingly, the original color of salted seafood can be maintained while a salty taste thereof can be reduced with the addition of ramie leaf powder. |
