The present invention relates to a nanocomposite material comprising a carbon nanotube and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a nanocomposite material comprising a thermosetting resin composition for nanocomposite materials produced by using a carbon nanotube paste of a high content which is stably dispersed, containing an organic solvent, a bisphenol-A type epoxy resin and a carbon nanotube, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The nanocomposite material according to the present invention is expected to be widely applied to the whole industry due to implementing an excellent mechanical property and electrical conductivity.
