PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating sialyl lactose material simply and efficiently from a milk material as a starting raw material.SOLUTION: A sialyl lactose can be concentratedly separated by performing a simple operation which comprises removing a protein from a milk material, adjusting pH of the obtained protein removal liquid, and concentrating the pH adjustment liquid by ultrafiltration membrane (UF membrane). Since fractionations from lactose and minerals can be performed, the sialyl lactose can be obtained in a high purity. Therefore, the obtained sialyl lactose material becomes what has utility value high as foodstuffs, pharmaceutical preparations and the like. |
