The present invention relates to a digital device for providing touch rejection and a method for controlling the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the digital device having a single shape and an expand shape comprises: a touch sensor unit for detecting touch input which touches a first area of the digital device; a sensor unit for detecting a switch from the single shape to the expand shape; and a processor for controlling the touch sensor unit and the sensor unit. The processor is configured to execute a first operation based on the detected first touch input when detecting the first touch input which touches the first area, in the case of the single shape, and can cancel the first operation when the digital device detects a switch from the single shape to the expand shape in a state that the touch input is maintained. |
