<p>Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element having high light-emission luminance and a low driving voltage. The organic electroluminescent element comprises a supporting substrate and at least an anode and a cathode both arranged on the supporting substrate, and additionally comprises a light-emitting layer comprising at least an organic substance and arranged between the anode and the cathode. The light-emitting layer comprises at least a light-emitting dopant and a host compound, wherein the absolute value of the difference between the bipolar moment of the light-emitting dopant and the bipolar moment of the host compound is 2 debyes or less, and the light-emitting layer is formed by coating.</p> |
