<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain reliable electric connection over a long term by minimizing occurrence of cracking of a board or peeling of solder due to insertion and removal of a connection cord. <P>SOLUTION: In the body 31 of a terminal member 30, a connector 38 having a metal contact 39 for connecting a connection cord is provided, and the metal contact 39 is extending rearward. On the upper surface of the body 31, three terminal protrusions 37 being inserted into the terminal holes 16 of a sub-board 12 are provided. From the body 31, two flanges 32 being fastened for the upper case 20 are extending integrally.
