<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid possible leakage of secrecy information by illegal usage if a camera function in a communication device can be used without limitation.SOLUTION: A center device 6 communicable with a communication device 2 stores in advance the relation information of correspondence among the communication devices 2, the users thereof and emergency transmitters 3, 4, associated with the users, for transmitting emergency signals to the center device 6 on the occurrence of a preset emergency event. The center device 6, on receipt of the emergency signal, transmits a cancellation signal related to imaging to a communication device 2 corresponding to the emergency signal, on the basis of the relation information of correspondence. The communication device 2 is normally set to a prohibition mode that prohibits imaging by an imaging unit, and switched to a cancellation mode that enables imaging, on receipt of the cancellation signal from the center device 6.</p> |
