<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a means which restricts a movable column member moving in a shaft direction against a main housing at a low cost and with a small number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The movable column member 20 of a cylindrical body is accommodated inside the main housing 10 of casing with openings on both ends in the shaft direction through one opening. The movable column member is composed of a cylindrical body provided with a diameter expanded section 22d with the diameter of at east one part on a vehicle front side expanded, and a bearing member 60 which supports the same member in a slidable manner is positioned on an inner wall of the cylindrical body. Then the movable column member is held by a biasing member 40 in a way that it is biased on the main housing through the bearing member and when the diameter expanded section of the cylindrical body abuts against the bearing member the movable column member is prevented from moving in the shaft direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
