<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module which can improve effects of inductance reduction.SOLUTION: A power module 10 is provided with a first transistor Tr1 joined to a P terminal plate P and an upper phase output terminal plate Uand a second transistor Tr2 joined to an N terminal plate N and a lower phase output terminal plate U. The P terminal plate P and the N terminal plate N are serially arranged so that currents of the P terminal plate P and the N terminal plate N are in a parallel opposite direction, the upper phase output terminal plate Uis arranged on the P terminal plate P so that the currents of the P terminal plate P and the upper phase output terminal Uare in a parallel opposite direction, and the lower phase output terminal Uis arranged below the N terminal plate N so that currents of the N terminal plate N and the lower phase output terminal plate Uare in a parallel opposite direction to each other. Magnetic fields are mutually cancelled by the currents of the P terminal plate P and the N terminal plate P, the P terminal plate and the upper phase output terminal plate U, the N terminal plate N and the lower phrase output terminal plate U, and inductance is further reduced.</p> |
