The invention relates to an installation (1) for transmitting electrical power between a wind farm (30) disposed in a sea or a lake and an onshore power supply network (3) having an onshore current converter (2) which can be connected to the power supply network (3) and which is connected via a DC voltage connection (5) to an offshore diode rectifier (10). The diode rectifier (10) is coupled to the wind farm (30) by means of an offshore AC voltage network (14) which enables electrical power to be fed into the offshore a.c. voltage network if required. According to the invention power supply means (31) are provided for feeding electrical power into the offshore AC voltage network (14), wherein the power supply means (31) have at least one power supply line (5,32,36,53) which extends at least partially in the sea and which connects the offshore AC voltage network (14) to an offshore or onshore coupling component (33) which is configured for feeding power into the power supply line (5,32,36).
