The present invention relates to a rod-type bollard device for preventing terrorist acts using a vehicle, capable of preventing a vehicle for terrorist acts from entering a building by being installed in a front gate of public buildings including a government office and an embassy office. The present invention includes a sensor unit sensing the vehicle entering the building; a bollard to protrude from the ground when the sensor unit senses an entry of the vehicle into the building to prevent the entry of the vehicle; a microcomputer determining a driving speed of the vehicle based on sensing signals of the sensor unit and determining a timing for the operation of the bollard; and a driving unit to make the bollard protrude from the ground according to control signals of the microcomputer. The rod-type bollard device for preventing terrorist acts using a vehicle is capable of preventing the terrorist acts by being installed in the front gate of the building to prevent an entry of a vehicle for a bomb attack into a building; and is embedded in the ground without obstructing the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians at ordinary time. Additionally, the rod-type bollard device for preventing terrorist acts using a vehicle is capable of overturning the vehicle by rapidly protruding, thereby preventing damage to the building or casualties by fundamentally preventing an entry of the vehicle for a bomb attack. |
